Clouds
I like the huge bank of dark clouds that crawls up over the horizon and across the sky when there's a storm brewing.
I like the whispy clouds that cling to the foothills in the morning, after a cloudy or rainy or foggy night. They're so soft and light, and the trees behind them look so dark green.
I like the clouds that float very high in the sky on a clear day. They're so white, the blue sky is even more striking.

Beautiful, and the poem is too!
I had just signed on to my blog to write a poem about clouds, but paused see what you wrote on your blog, and low and behold you wrote this poem about clouds. :-)
I think it's awesome that you & Erin both feel it's a poem. I was just making a list of things I love about clouds. But I guess I'm more of a poet than I thought! :D
I guess I was just piggybacking off of Erin calling it a poem and figured it could absolutely qualify as one. The writing is very descriptive and has good imagery.
