Jason and I have a home. We're only at the renting stage right now, but that's good; we need time to get settled and start saving for a house.

I was starting to panic - who am I kidding? I'd been panicking for a while! - that we wouldn't find a place in time, or that we'd have to settle for something we didn't like. But Sunday, we looked at an adorable 1 bedroom house in Duarte.

And yesterday, the landlord approved our application!

We meet the landlord again on Saturday to fill out the paperwork, pay our hard earned cash, and take the keys. Then we can start moving in. We're already imagining how we'll decorate. :)
