Confession

So, I know I said that last time would be the last time I would ever be likely to say 'holla back.' But... I did it again.

I wrote my first letter to my soldier last night (his name is Stewart; think safe thoughts for him). I was at a complete loss for how to close. Yours? Regards? Be safe? (I think he's already trying that, anyway.) I succumbed. But I managed to blame it on someone else, so hopefully my reputation as the learned-English-degree-holder is not tarnished.

I closed said letter with: "As my roomie would say... Holla back!"

Said roomie's name is Frankie; if I ever say "Holla Back" again, please blame her and know that I said it under duress.
